ISO 9001 Overview for Management

This four hour course provides an overview of the standard for management.

Course Description and Objectives: A course designed for senior to mid-level managers to be delivered after the commitment to implement their quality management system, but before implementation has begun.

Participants Will Learn:

* High level requirements of ISO 9001:2008
* Management Responsibility; according to ISO 9001:2008
* Management commitment; what it should look like
* Strategies for setting quality objectives
* Implementation strategies
* What an effective corrective action system should look like
* How to have a positive ROI from your QMS

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Course

Course Description and Objectives: This 16-hour course is designed for all employees tasked with conducting internal audits.

Participants Will Learn:

* The four phases of an audit
* How to make audits value added
* How to interpret the standard from the point of view of an auditor
* How to perform process audits
* How to gather objective evidence
* How to conduct successful audit interviews

Both of these course are available for onsite training at your location, or as a webinar. The Internal Auditor course, when provided as a webinar can be taught in 4-hour increments. For example it could be taught as four, 4-hour sessions, one session a week for four weeks. The benefit of the webinar option is that the participants can be in multiple locations. All they need is a computer with high speed internet access.
